ClearanceX gathers clearance pricing from a curated set of major Australian retailers and presents it in a single, sortable feed. Here is how the process works from end to end.
ClearanceX periodically ingests product and pricing data from selected Australian retailers via affiliate feeds, direct retailer feeds, and manual review. We currently cover a focused set of retailers and are expanding coverage over time.
We assess each candidate using the evidence available: a retailer's current and original price, prices we have recorded over time, and fresh prices from other retailers. A listing can still qualify when a retailer does not supply a useful original price, but we do not treat a missing or unchanged original price as proof of a markdown.
Retailer feeds are refreshed regularly, and expired or out-of-stock items are removed when source data confirms their status. Each listing shows when it was last checked so you can gauge freshness and verify the final price with the retailer before buying.
When you find a deal you like, clicking it takes you directly to the retailer's product page where you can verify the price and complete your purchase. ClearanceX never processes payments or handles your personal financial information.
